Service With every new contract you will be assigned a Customer Service Manager who will look after your cleaning service. You will be able to contact them should anything not be up to your expectations, and they will resolve the issue to your satisfaction in as short a time as possible. You will retain the same cleaner for each clean, however you can change at any time if you so wish. Automatic cover is provided for sickness and holiday. You have the opportunity to meet the Customer Service Manager and the cleaner before the job commences. Click here for example cleaning schedule. Our Team We only employ staff who are diligent, honest and reliable. Each cleaner is vetted and fully reference checked. Backup We are fully underwritten with public liability and third party insurance.
